Good value hotel . Convenient location . Rooms are big and spacious . Comfy beds . Bathroom is huge too. Good service .

If you come to this hotel you need to go to the bar on the 40th floor! Look at this view !

Great views from the rooms really. The hotel entry is a bit obscure if you're coming by train . You need to climb up the bridge , cross it and come down.

Amazing view from 31st floor, location is great, walking distance to station and Shibuya crossing! The king bed is massive and the view from bathtub is breathtaking!

Go get Katsu and Soba next door from the vending machine instead of breakfast at the Cerulean. Down the escalator and head toward Shibuya. Stop at vending machine.

if you want a hotel (not an airbnb or a even better a ryokan, which is where I would spend my $), then stay here. Even if you don't stay, the restaurant makes great goma tofu (sesame ). $15/square!

Comfortable hotel walking distance from Shibuya train station . But book early for good room rates.

I’ve been coming here for 6yrs. Service is decent but not at the Check-in desk. Not very helpful at all. Fortunately for me there’s new hotels popping up in Shibuya! Bye cerulean it’s been swell.

One of the most convenient locations in Tokyo, right by Shibuya Station. Decent views and accommodations. For the price of a room you still have to pay extra for wifi , which is kind of lame.

Very good natural foods/organic restaurant/bar hidden behind the Cerulean called the Daylight Kitchen.

Clean , spacious room with huge bathroom ! Lawson is just next to it and 7-11 is in the same building accessible from the outdoor escalator .

Got a great deal via hotels .com for tower rooms. Location perfect, close to everything!

Take the limo bus to or from Narita . ¥3,000 one way.

The Executive Floor Rooms are much better than the regular ones, you can get good deals online.

You can take a bus to NRT or HND.

Not kid friendly and cold & unhelpful service!

교통은 도쿄 시내 그 어느 호텔도 따라올 수 없는 입지. 하네다와 나리타 모두 직통 리무진이 있고, JR 시부야 역이 코앞. 걸어서 3분 거리에 편의점과 아침식사 가능한 후지소바(본점!!!)가 있음. 방은 도쿄 호텔 치고 매우 넓고, 욕실도 널찍. 스카이트리와 도쿄 타워를 동시에 볼 수 있는 전망도 최고. 단, 룸 시설과 어메니티는 크게 기대하지 말 것.

ガーデンキッチン「かるめら」はランチで気軽に利用 できます！開放感あふれる店内で楽しくビュッフェを楽しめますよ。

景色 や部屋は綺麗でしたがお風呂 のシャワー ノズルに黒カビがびっしり。気分悪すぎてもう泊まりたくありません(T_T)34階を利用 です。チェックアウトはスピーディーでした。

リムジンバスは、マークシティよりこちらから乗ったほうが良いかも 。ロビーでゆっくり待てるし到着したら呼んでくれます。

羽田空港行きのバスはB1フロアから。料金はドライバに渡すので、チケットは不要。

トイレが分かりにくいところにあるのか見つからないな～。
