Park Hyatt Tokyo

Excellent hotel for your first visit to Tokyo. The concierges are great, the bar is awesome, the breakfast is fantastic. Super $$$$, but you knew that. Only bad thing is it's 10 min walk to Shinjuku.

The ultimate welcoming experience when you first arrive after a long flight. Rooms are spacious , clean & the view is breathtaking. Hanging out here is easy because of the nice in-house restaurants .

Yes, the views are fabulous, and we were even able to see Mt. Fuji. The staff were excellent; the lounge was a must visit; the pool was a nice respite. The only neg, the room's furniture was a tad old

I would highly recommend this place for lunch while sightseeing. Absolutely delicious! Appetizer buffet , great steak selection and desert included in at a reasonable price + a great view of the city !

One of the best views of Tokyo and shinjuku. Such a gorgeous hotel with fantastic service. Downside is that it's a bit far from the action, just full of business offices .

One of my favorite hotels . Service is the best. Worth a splurge. The spa and gym have the best views just go even if your treadmill is set to 0 mph.

The bar is on the 52nd floor. Go during happy hour when there is no cover. There is a dress code (so no shorts/athletic wear). For Lost In Translation movie lovers. Get the duck fat french fries !

Definitely feels a bit dated in 2021 compared to some of the newer Tokyo hotels . Still has impeccable service and a certain nostalgic charm.

The rooftop (Lost In Translation) bar has a dress code (no shorts !) but the 41st floor bar has as good of a view and delicious, well-rounded cocktails .

Jazz performance at New York Bar on level 52. If u get the chance, pop by for a relaxing evening, with a view of the twinkling city lights

It's a cliché, but if you loved 'lost in translation' go there! The view is amazing, the atmosphere ambiently buzzing. The drinks are good so you can easily get a bit tipsy on the 52nd floor.

I've heard complaints about the hotel being a bit of a hike from Shinjuku station. However there is a free shuttle every 20 minutes.

NY Bar - Try their signature cocktails , for a unique twist on some classics. Crab bites are decent. Music on each evening.

Even if you don’t check in here, drinks at the hotel’s New York Bar are a must. The 177 rooms, five restaurants , and indoor pool all share stunning cityscape vistas.

Stay here. Amazing attention to detail. They will make your little ones feel grand - right down to the mini yukatas and robes.

It really is worth a visit even for those who aren't huge fans of Lost in a Translation. Beautiful hotel and incredible views at the top floor bar .

Lovely hotel . They're so awesome at telling you no with such a wonderful apologetic smile that you forget they just denied your simplest request.

You're at the Park Hyatt. Do you have a room? Good, pop a bottle of champagne and order room service while checking out the amazing view

The staff are amazing and the service is first class . Make sure to leave your shoes to be polished at night. They arrive the next morning perfectly polished and smelling of fresh cedar.

Went to the NY bar . Expensive but beautiful. One of the fanciest hotels I've been to, a must see if you are in the area!

Exceptional service. If you need any reservation , ask them to reserve it for you. They will make it happen and give you a good seat.

Nice view @ peak lounge park Hyatt Tokyo,....just remember to take the bar side,..divine view ....just wait a bit,,,go there after 11:00pm....

New York bar lounge is great - ultimate Lost in Translation moment. Stayed in a suite, which was ginormous. In room breakfast was good, but not as good as in Mandarin. Service is top notch.

The breakfast plus twilight cocktail package is a great value way to start and end the day :-)

The views are stunning. When you get up here the first bar you encounter is NOT the one from "lost in translation". For that one take the opposite direction and go up to the 52nd floor

Check out the New York Bar on the 52nd floor, featured in the movie "Lost in Translation."There are great city views &an excellent live jazz band , just like in the film . Also, try the L.I.T. Cocktail .

Have some whiskey , listen to some jazz , don't wear shorts (they won't let you in).

The entrance to the hotel is a bit tricky to find if you are coming from the metro, hotel is on the top floors of the building with confusing and ugly lobby...
