Another Monday at 4:45pm and every single elliptical in the club is occupied. C'mon CAC, we all understand you have the monopoly on the upscale Sac workout scene but can you be a bit accomodating?!?

Young man at the front desk just rousted the skateboarders from the front of the building in the nicest and most professional way: "Do for me what I would do for you."

Alisa is the best! She is a personal trainer and one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. Book a training session with her you won't be disappointed!

It's 5:45pm Monday and it's yet another night that every single elliptical is in use and has been occupied for the past 15 minutes. This place won't keep members for long if this becomes a pattern...

Take the bootcamp classes and get into group fitness it's worth it!
