It's a great place to find wonderful shells. No swimming ! It's dangerous with bad currents and deep drop off.
Very large area for both video and photo shoots ONLY at low tide . During the Fall the sun rises over the ocean and sets under the bridge .
Civil War started right here. Union Army thought they could sneak up on the Confederate soldiers at low tide . Mistake. As they waded through water they were promptly eaten by sharks. Careful!!
The Boathouse has delicious Sunday brunch . If you're lucky, dolphins will join you.
The best times of the year for sunrise photography is late October to early Feb as the sun rises over the water.
