Wonderful place. More upscale than the UT location. Will definitely stay here again. Staff was courteous. Place was peaceful , clean . And a great deal! $

The staff in the hotel are excellent! If I could change or add anything I would have massages either in room or common area. Chair massages in either would be great. Great place to relax !

Comfortable rooms , helpful staff . Missing a coffee shop that stays open for longer.

A lot of rooms smell like wet socks. Hard to find service around the hotel (like the pool), unless you come across one of the maids. No water in the rooms, and no water in the vending machines either!

Stayed on the newly renovated 6th floor - great room!

Worst parking exit design. It feeds right into the valet area and I got stuck at the parking garage exit.for 15 minutes as ppl abandoned their cars. Equally challenging to get onto the service road .

Bypass the $10/day wifi charge in the room and use it for free in the spacious and comfy lobby. Unless you're trying to look at porn, because that would just be weird.

found ants in my bed (when no food around) n our bill got charged for self and valet parking and manager did not care for first 5 minutes she finally fixed it . Horrible . Have to say worst hotel ever
