T5 finally has a Starbucks, but unfortunately everyone else is also excited. Lines are long especially for early morning flights .
This is officially the longest line I have ever waited in to get an espresso - longer than the TSA line , and that says something... Staff is polite and efficient.
Morning lines , friendly staff . If the line is long there's drip coffee at Deep Blue next-door.
Does not accept order ahead ???? but does add a hefty surcharge for being one of two Starbucks at JFK.
Despite how busy it is here the staff are always super helpful and friendly .
Tiny but efficient airport coffee bar , very friendly staff .
Yay starbucks, get yourself a cup of coffee while waiting for your flight .
This would probably be a fine Starbucks, IF you arrived over 2 hours before departure and had time for the line ...
Amazing service!
Great location and offers mobile orders.
Not the fastest Starbucks but it's an airport terminal . You're most likely waiting anyway so no need on their part to staff up coverage.
Cashier were talking all the time. Rang out my order wrong and not even say sorry or apologized. I had to wait for their Sup to void order and their Sup did not arrive until 3 hours later
Always crowded but starbucks is starbucks
Cold brew is over roasted, over extracted and badly filtered.
Finally. It's about time.
Coffee b4 my flight !
No places to seat
That staff are terrible.
Beautiful mall/terminal. Free wifi through most. Plenty of food choices, though I stuck with the pizza. Tons of plug stations for charging. - Joe Winn
Go to the MUJI store. They have the best travel accessories, including expandable duffels and backpacks. - Megu K
The flight from Chicago may have been under 2 hours. It may take longer to get your luggage. - Jarrod Esposito
Wow. Whiles coffees were ready decently fast…I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a bagel with cream cheese take longer (esp with no line). - Brenton D
