Ravi's Banana Leaf

From roti canai , tosai , chicken varuvel n even any of the goreng stuff (mee, Maggie or nasi) is delicious! Certainly one of the very few Indian joints that serves good food n maintain its cleanliness

The food has tremendously improved since my last visit couple of years back. Their Tosai was awesome and their Sambar was drinkable. Highly recommended.

Delicious Banana Leaf Rice Meal . Fresh vegetables and the curries are awesome. Highly recommended.

Excellent Rava Tosai . Tomato Chutney and Coconut Chutney were good too.

Teh Tarik is excellent. Perfectly fixed. Highly recommended.

Possibly the cleanest mamak on earth, it has a fancy Dyson hand-drier even. No sticky tables an floors ftw. Slightly pricey though, a banana leaf rice meal with plain water costs RM12.

Their Brew Coffee is very nice. Taste almost like Nescafé but smoother. Couldn't help it but wonder what brand of coffee they used ????

The tosai planta is really good! Order with puri , potato & chicken masala and you're all set!

My family's regular on weekend breakfast for mamak foods. Reasonably clean and the curry is well prepared

Good food. Authentic indian cuisine . Dishes simply served on a piece of banana leaf without a plate. The curry is not spicy enough to my taste though

As of 28 Dec 2017, a set of banana leaf rice that comes with 3 vegetables , fried bitter gourd and 2 papadoms costs you RM7.90. Price is on the high side. Taste wise below average

Not a big fan. The best banana leaf rice with a good variety and service is still Kanna Curry House.

Probably because it's new...this is probably the cleanest and more decent environment Indian restaurant . Toilet is clean too.

The roti kosong & roti pisang is nicely done and crispy . Clean & airy place. Curry for banana leaf rice not hot enough for my liking.

Try and come here when the owner and bosses are around. If you come here for an early breakfast when they haven't come in yet, the service is really slow.

Exorbitant prices. They also locked their bathrooms to prevent customers from using them. One of the cashier guys goes out of his way to be an ass.

Banana leaf rice is good. Come around 11am while it is still nice and warm.

Prices have gone from decent to ridiculous just by adding a 'banana leaf restaurant ' at the end of their name

My fren is not a big eater summr request for less rice , jx request tat extra vege they show us attitude and one of a kind face.

Who ever said their banana leaf is good, I say think again. Tasted for a spoon & I say NO straightaway. Not going to be here again.

Only for non malay...excuse me...not making a racis statemnt here but experienced it evry time here...if u r malay nobody even bother to take ur order...unless u r "garang" n make ur voice heard...

Now they're giving customers cheap flimsy plastic utensils to use. And also only half a banana leaf ...

High prices => low satisfaction. RM10 for a tosai , drink and some chicken curry .

The banana leaf rice is below par. The dishes are not fresh. Taste quite bland. The waiters not attentive. Quite disappointed.

Waiters all clueless and order either rake forever to arrive or never. If you want to speed up your order, check with the lady boss.

At times the service is ok but mostly. The guys here are pretty rude. Food is so so but place us comfortable

Nothing is good here when the service is REAL SUCK!!! Been a regular customer for the pas one year and the current workers are just LAZY AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!!!!

Took 45mins for my order to be served - only roti Bom and teh ice limau.
