LOVE their Zumba class on Friday nights, taught by William. Very nice facilities and very clean . Staff is friendly and overall have been very pleased with my membership. Yoga good too.

The staff is friendly and clean . You can always get a good pump even at rush hour. Love this place

Great gym , but I can't understand why they don't have nice shower heads. Also why they did away with combo-locks on their lockers is beyond me.

Stick with good form and the strength and capabilities will come!
