Love this petshop ! Friendly service and they have pet boarding service too! And this shop does not have the smelly odour! Bought our hedgehog here today yay!

Had an amazing time here at Nilufar. Was an enjoyable experience meeting their amazing staff . Was extremely happy with my new pet hamster cute little thing she is!

Love this petshop . They have so many varieties of everything. Prices are quite reasonable too. Although the cheaper betta are not well maintained and some even die in their tank.. ????????

Litter box at the cat enclosure is disgusting. Looks like hasn't been cleaned for a week. Poor kittens are stepping on their own poo. Overcrowded too. I shall be reporting them to authorities.

Great place to get pets but the staff are unfriendly and its a struggle to get them to assist you.major lack in customer service and some staff will just ignore you. Head somewhere else pls ????????????????

If you have guinea pigs , then you can breathe a sigh of relief. Not only they sell their food here, there’s also pet hotel for them ❤️
