Check out the 60th fl. library ! Unfortunately there is construction under way and it will stay closed until April 12th 2012.
The dessert after 7:30pm is yummy. Chinese dishes are good, too. Dim sum is okay. Egg Benedict could be better.

Service for tea is very....efficient. No menu, no ordering, no waiting. After all the food arrived, we were asked to order tea .
