Best tip I read--go to the executive lounge and ask to see the roof deck . Someone will take you through a secret door (very cool!) to see the panoramic views at the very top of the hotel !

One of the best hotel in Shanghai. Best location ever. Staff is super nice. They can help you for anything you need. If you go to Shanghai, choose it and you won't regret.

Pro: service, ambiance, and the view . Chocolate lava cake is a must try!!! Pair it with yogurt ice cream and some fruits . #heaven.

Great location. The Executive Lounge is a great place to have a drink or enjoy breakfast . Very good service . This hotel is a 5 minute walk to the People's Square Metro.

Getting a bit old and tired now, but still a nice executive floor lounge and a perfect view on Shanghai through the 'hidden door ' in the library room.

Always an enjoyable experience at this hotel and the enclosed venues. Staff are professional and attentive, facilities are clean and stylish .

Common areas are fantastic and staff is truly amazing. But my room was a bit tired with an odd odor.

right in the heart of downtown shanghai. very convenient location for shopping, bars and restaurants and movies/shows.

Normal room for that price. Nothing special, by the way. On the corner there is the best seafood restaurant
