Sansotei Ramen 三草亭

The line up seems long, but it moves pretty fast. I like that they don't yell out Japanese gibberish like the other ramen place when you come in and out. The ramen is as good as the one downtown

Great ramen with a line out the door most hours. Pick your noodles : thick or thin, and lots of toppings to choose from. YUM

Crazy queue starts early at this Markham ramen hot spot. The good thing is the queue moves rather quickly so you won't wait too long for your instant noodles . The Gyoza and Kangi are good!

One of my favourite ramen spots in the GTA! Go for the tonkotsu black, or the spicy tan tan if they're still serving it!

... the owners have decided for their customers that cold or rewarmed soup broth is unacceptable and won't give you the option. Don't order a lot expecting to take food home, you won't be allowed. 2/3

They do not allow you to order take out , and they do not allow you to take any noodle broth home -- and heavily heavily discourage (see my uppity remark) a doggie bag 1/2

This place is run by kids. The ramen was way under cooked. And they seat strangers directly in your face, it's pretty bad. At least give some space.

There's no wifi here in spite of a wifi node named "Sansotei". Yes they will tell you repeatedly it's not for you.
