The clam shio (salt) ramen was simple. With clam shoyu (soy sauce ) the soy sauce note was quite prominent. The soup had interesting notes at the start but got cloying fast, especially the clam flavour
Concept: modern ramen with innovative ingredients: doesn't quite work. Ordering confusing: scan a QR code to see the menu. Some dishes are 1-for-1, but it's for takeout only (though it's not stated ).
Noodles good chewy texture, but chashu dry: wrong pork cut. Karaage dry, though it tasted OK (the texture was nice - quite finely dusted before frying). The wasabi mayo it was served with was ok.
