This place is fantastic for families! Great water park in the summer with amazing lazy river . Adult drinks were tasty! Food was wonderful! Fireworks & special events are worth a quick weekend visit!

This is a great place to visit during the holidays. They have a huge ICE house of things your could not imagine sculpted in ice. You can also rent a room there and dine in. Very welcoming people too.

i come here every year and every summer for their themed stuff. i love going to ICE. that's the most popular thing to do in the winter. very fun for kids . i'm a teenager and i still love it.

I like the lobby bar - very cool - Rustic Chic ; fireplace close by and leather sofas

The new tower addition rooms are my fave now. I don’t always want the hustle and bustle of the main hotel .

First timer here. Impressive venue with 4 or 5 different restaurants inside. Pretty rolling river scenery and fountains

Great resort , so much to do and every kind of food and drink available

Mexican restaurant was mediocre & overpriced. $20 for beef fajitas . Go for more of an experience than for good food. The concierge was amazingly nice & organized a scavenger hunt for our large group.

Nice hotel . Service is excellent. Food choices are varied and everything I had was great. Hop a shuttle into town and explore all day for $5.

Music blaring at 1am on Sunday night is my favorite. What a great place for a work conference(?).

I just saw Gumby and Pokey going down the water slide yelling something about not getting a made for TV movie , they seemed bitter and a bit intoxicated - but keeping it civil

You can have pizza delivered by Pizza Hut but they will have to meet you at the tour lobby.

It takes about 2 hours to get thru all the lines for Ice. Come prepared to wait!

We love going to ICE and tubing. Great play to stay and enjoy time with the family.

It is big. There is nothing special. If you are here, you must be attending a character free conference .

Get a room facing the atrium - it is worth the slightly extra amount of money.

We came to have a late lunch for my boyfriends birthday. 10 of us and the Riverwalk Cantina was closing at 2:30 on a Saturday. Only one other place open. Huge disappointment.

They validate parking only with a minimum of $25 purchase. Parking is $12 otherwise.

Make sure to validate your parking at The Silver Bar by the main entrance

Old Hickory is amazing! You can valet for free with validation from your restaurant ! Skip ICE. Its overpriced!

The Turkey Burger at the Texas Station is great. The chocolate cake ... OMG!!

Place is spectacular. Truly a must see!!

Bring your own hair dryer. The ones in the rooms eat your hair and its very sad.

If you aren't used to Dallas area water, bring your own bottles. It tastes kind of fishy (not the resort 's fault, just a general tip!).

Try the trees at Christmas time , they're fresh and made to order.

Watch out for Smurfs out late they are party animals after 11pm

Fitness center isn't great. Allow plenty of time to get anywhere

Go with the Dreamworks package. Great convenience and lots less standing in line . We loved it!
