Hyatt Regency Albuquerque

Ask for a N view at the front of the hotel to see a great view of the Sandia Mts. to the NE. Get a high floor.

Nice hotel . Great staff . Even got parking comped. Only problem we had was that we had no hot water the night we got there or the morning we left.

Very old and very dirty they do not provide hand soap for the bathrooms you must ask for it there was a hair underneath the drinking glass for the whole two days that we stayed there.

Fairly typical Hyatt Regency. Nothing. Special. Wifi was a bit slow but otherwise no complaints.

"Complimentary Wireless Internet" in most languages means you pay for an overpriced room & get free Internet. "Complimentary " at Hyatt means "pay additional fee to use Internet to compliment your room

Written instructions given at check in say the cost of wireless service in the room will be deducted at check out.

Counter staff is AWESOME! No Cell reception in the meeting rooms

Look for Gilbert! Very friendly and kind to all guests!

What kind of luxury hotel charges for the wifi ? Seriously??? Motel 8 has that for free!
