Finally found another good fried dough place in Chinatown. They also have mouth watering Portuguese tart , highly recommend!!!

Attractive bakery in front with a cozy Chinese eaters at rear. Friendly , cheap and good if you want something different from traditional breakfasts . It’s not the right place for a good coffee .

Zan Kat

The buns and the sponge cake were delicious, and the cakes in display look amazing!

Michael Morgan

Come here. Everything looks and is so delicious. I ordered the BBQ pork bun and the flavors and mouthfeel were so unique and amazing. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

Marilyn Collins

The Portuguese custard tart is better here than in Lisbon, Portugal - the origin of this treat!

Barbecue Pork Bun : What you can taste is the moist goodness of the copious, brick-hued pork against the plush, subtle sweetness of the egg-washed buns .

Never leave Chinatown without passing by! Grab some eggs tarts , melon pan, Char Sui Baos to go! 🥮🧇🥧

Joanne Hung

The bun with pork filling is delicious but i was disappointed on the one with a chicken filling. The taste is good but the filling isn't enough to satisfy your taste buds. I'd go for the pork flavor.

One of the more unique offerings is a rice pancake with egg custard . Try it. It's .70 cents. The outside is a perfect, sweet chewiness; the inside? Coconut-tasting custardy bliss.

"New" location has a tearoom in the back serving a limited dim sum menu . Nothing fancy , just the usual favorites.

Best (and extremely affordable , but CASH ONLY ) Chinese bakery in Chicago

Dan

Cash only society. They do have an ATM inside.

Ansell

Fresh tasting buns , even at 5:00pm.

Michael Dorsey

Locally owned and operated. Get the butterfly cookie . Mmm

Dan

If fresh baked goods are your thing, this is a must stop place for you.

Harish V

Cash Only . Try everything 😋😋😋

David Stevens

Standard Chinese bakery faire , but the place was messy upon entering. Cafe/dining area is not even worth your consideration as it's cramped and also messy.

Anamaria Hernandez

Coconut buns are delicious.
