i have been to this best buy 3 times over black friday weekend. every time, every single employee was incredibly friendly , polite, and helpful, during one of the worst times of year for retail .

The last two times I've been to this Best Buy, the staff has gone above and beyond to help me find a product--very refreshing, thank you!

Great selection of products, the staff are bit lost as there are a lot just standing around, talking among themselves. Staff needs to be uplifted. But overall great product selection.

They lie about their inventory online. Went to buy a Fitbit Flex that they said was available online and it was out. Go buy on Amazon.

Worst Buy. Bought an HDTV, wrong item rung-up. Gave us pricier open-box item with fewer features. Returned it the next day. Bought wireless keyboard & mouse . Open-box item priced higher than new item.

Easily one of the best Best Buys in the chain. Great customer service when you need it, and there's never an issue flagging someone down.
