Combine a wonderful and constantly changing menu of seasonal dishes , a top notch wait staff , a great wine selection , and you've arrived at the Five & Ten. Lunch on the front porch is a must.
The food here is really spectacular. This is a 5 star restaurant with 5 star service delivered in an unpretentious atmosphere .
Try Cayrum , its a dark rum aged 3 years and then infused with all natural ginger and honey . Its great as a chilled shot, on the rocks, ginger ale/beer, juices or Red Bull . Theres nothing like it! Read more
Stellar wait staff and simple, yet filling fishes . A culinary staple here in Athens.
Incredible Bass dish!!! And amazing service. Best place in miles around. And the wine list is fantastic.
easily the best restaurant in Athens. the pimiento cheese from the snackies list is some of the best I've ever had. this place would stand right up there with a lot of top notch big city joints
People drive from Atlanta to Athens (etc.) to eat here. When Athens is bursting with football weekends it fills up fast. One of Athens, GA best restaurant chefs Hugh Acheson , is well-known.
Attention Vegetarians ! The chef knows vegetables . Order the vegetable plate , not on the menu , ask for it. It is NOT the plate of over cooked broccoli , cauliflower and zucchini , none are present!
Refined, atmospheric, very nice food - recommend for special evening
Sit on the front porch , order a cocktail , and know that whatever you order will be fabulous.
