Best DAMN Pancakes in the city . Good Prices and if you eat there late at night, ask for Erica. She runs that place like no ones business. I love it!

We have eaten at our last IHOP, the device at this location was terrible and the price point for two was $33 before any tip. We each had a regular menu breakfast , no steak , extra items, special orders

Try the French Onion Pot Roast - The pot roast is tender and light while the potatoes add a wondrous flavor.

The CinnaStack pancakes aren't listed on the new menu anymore, but you can still order them.

Their pancakes are amazing. So delicious and filling.

The service was also much better than last time. Angeles is an awesome waitress .

Portions are fine, but this is the second time, at a different IHOP has run out of something we wanted!

One of the waitresses here Wendy was busy on her phone and talking to her friends at the table instead of focusing on work. And she was still on shift. Very unprofessional.
