Upgrade to an ocean-front room if you can swing it to get the beach right off the back door. These rooms also have a spectacular outdoor shower .
Breakfast at the outdoor restaurant is great. Skip the expensive buffet and order off the menu . Can't go wrong!
The beach here is very cool and there is great snorkeling right in front of the hotel . Very friendly staff . Try the mixed seafood platter . Delicious and the view from the restaurant is amazing
Restaurants are a bit pricey but food at Caribeño is excellent - try the Mayan platter with to-die-for sikil-pak (delicious Yucatecan pumpkin dip ).
Arpad is right on - snorkelling is among best beach snorkelling I've done. Check out the wrecks right off the south beach . B'fast buffet is great but spendy. Valet parking , however, is FREE!
A lovely place. A couple of things that we could do with/without: sand fleas (the hotel provides mosquito repellent) and no shuttle service. Taxi mafia doesn't allow it. Taxi 90 pesos. To downtown
Order your coffee from the front desk the night before and it is delivered to your room free of charge and always on time. A wonderful service.

Excelente hotel con un excelente servicio. Todo el personal se esfuerza por dar la mejor atención al huésped, en especial los chicos de concierge y recepción :)
Precioso hotel un poco caro pero si vas en plan familiar súper conviene su club de playa maravilloso y súper buena atención !
El desayuno es algo caro (cerca de 300 MX) si eres local hay un descuento . Pero tiene agregados interesantes: un bowl de blueberries , zarzamoras , carpaccio de salmón , selección de quesos , etc.
Tiene una de las mejores playas de la isla! Exclusiva para sus huespedes! Maravilloso

De los mejores en Cozumel
No tienen sillas de ruedas y en general sus espacios no son aptos para gente de la tercera edad q no puedan caminar largas distancias.
El servicio de meseros en albercas y restaurantes deja mucho que desear, tienes que andar corriendo tras los meseros para ser atendido y cuando finalmente lo consigues sólo obtienes una mala cara .
