Everyone that works here is super friendly and helpful beyond measure. You may be able to find the same yarn elsewhere for a few cents less, but I'd rather support ImagiKnit's awesomeness.

No exchanges on needles ... even though if you get the wrong size it's their fault, since they're behind the counter. Double check your sizes!
