Disney's Wilderness Lodge

If you want interaction then you have chosen the best place to eat while at Disney. We loved the waiter , the atmosphere, and the food. We got the speciality.. ALL YOU CARE TO EAT plate. It was great!!

This is my family's favorite resort . Northwest theme, awesome pool, decent cafeteria , and of course awesome Disney customer service.

The Whispering Canyon Restaurant is amazing, everything taste awesome. I just love this entire place; every hotel in Disney World is to die for. Will be back and back and back. Lol

Beautiful hotel , with a Northern California design. One of the prettiest at WDW, and they manage to make it look quite a bit like the West Coast, despite its swamp location.

The shuttles to the resorts are consistent! The resort is extremely family friendly ! Wilderness lodge is stunning in the holiday season!

Love this resort ! Easy transport to the parks , very homey feeling and the night campfire is easy to get to by boat!

I used to work in Glacier Park Lodge in Montana, and it’s remarkable how much the spirit of that style and spirit is captured here. Sit by the fire and enjoy.

I used to work in Glacier Park Lodge in Glacier National Park . This is the closest version you’ll get to that style of national park hotel without heading to Montana.

This place is amazing!! Huge trees used to create the main lobby and hotel are incredible. Just go here and walk around. You will be impressed.

By far my favorite resort on Disney property. There's nothing like it. Great food, great people, amazing atmosphere.

Worth the price. Get a villa and cook breakfast in your room. Hang out at the pool for a mid-day break from the parks . Roast some marshmallows before hearing out.

You'd never guess it from the marketing materials but the bar snacks at The Territory Lounge are fantastic. Go for the wings or flatbread .

The boat ride to the Magic Kingdom is tempting (and something you should do at least once) but the bus service is definitely faster!

Beautiful rendition of the classic National Park Service lodges . Love just sitting in the lobby and people watching .

The 7th floor is Club Level and its amazing. Food and beverage from 7am-10pm. Great staff and amazing atmosphere. Well worth the extra money :)

Beautiful place! We love the lobby and the pool. The rooms feel larger than any other. The winter holidays are beautiful here.

If you do not stay here it is still worth a visit just to see the lobby. Stunning architecture and a lot of hidden Mickeys .

When celebrating, the cast members do a great job of adding to your celebration. We had a bday phone call & special complimentary snacks ! Mickey also gave us a signed photo.

Woodsy and quaint! Love the water shuttle to Magic Kingdom .

MT was our server at breakfast at Whispering Canyon .She was amazing,as for the rest of the staff-not so much. No one knew about the bike rentals ,running trails ,etc.Very unknowledgable about amenities

Rustic and immersive. A fun loving family resort the doesn't overlook the deluxe comforts.

Check out the lobby for some stunning design features like the giant corner stone fireplace .

Go to whispering canyon ! If you are on the meal plan, the all you can eat skillet is a great deal and includes a salad . The brisket is to die for! Just don't ask for ketchup !

The fitness room is top notch and even has free weights and a smith machine. Key card access is in the front only.

Make sure you ask for ketchup ! :-) And, the All-you-can-eat platter is awesome! Ribs are the best!

Great resort , excellent customer service and beautiful. Pool is currently being rehabed (9/2014).

Great decor and lovely Resort . Food is great and the lakes are nice.

The lodge is very scenic , but ultimately the inconvenience makes it not worth the price. The other deluxe resorts that are on the monorail are so much easier.

Went to the restaurant and had dinner , the unlimited skillet has the best food!

Club level is the way to go. Free cappuccino and croissants makes for a very nice stay. Mike and Rob are great.

Be sure you ask what time the water parade will go by the Lodge 's beach . It's the perfect viewing spot.

Beautiful hotel ! Even if you aren't staying here, stop by to relax for a bit in their grand lobby.

Skip the bus . Go with the ferry to the magic kingdom . Much easier and no random stops on the way!

Take some times to wander around the grounds. Lots of interesting things to see.

Great for kids. Room 1151 is very close to the pool and has a nice view .

Whether we are staying here or not, we always stop by. Great place for a Christmas stay over. Love all the big comfy couches and hidden fire places.

Take the walk between the lodge and Fort . But remember if you come back late it's a very dark trail .

I've stayed in my fair share of Disney resorts , and this room is my least favorite. Small, hard beds and a TINY bathroom . Thank god I'm only here for a weekend !!

A great way to unwind after a day at the parks -- rock for a bit in front of the big fire. So peaceful !
