Tried their ambassador suite . Impressive. They had a wide selection of movies but the video player on the TV . Technicians came by, couldn't fix it, said they'd come back but didn't.
Omg forget their buffet meals . Scant & apologetic course line-up ????

Well , if you want to go swimming , be sure to eat dinner fast because the pool area closes at 8pm. Gosh!

Got upgraded from a Maxim's Suite to an Ambassadors Suite . However, found trash of food from previous occupant. Movie selection for all our TVs weren't working.

Pool closed @8pm unbelievable! I order foods from passion to eat in my room and I ask butler for plates and spoons took them 1hr and my foods got cold not enjoyable to eat anymore.

5 stars? Look yes. Service NOT. more like 2 or 3. Genting club? Pretentious n Discriminatory. Tip? Dont put spa reception in Genting if ur going to rudely dismiss folks comfortbly dressed for massage !

Rude Security Staff and bad Valet Service . I guess you get discriminated here when you drive in with a Vios. Once they realize you're a hotel guest, complete turnaround. Get your acts together!

TV inside Ambassador Suite rm.917 wasn't functioning. Apparently it has been noted prior but no tech has bothered to repair. Poor service for our butler .
