Out of all the gyms in Astoria , this tops them all. Yes, even The Rock. 2 turfs, TRX bands everywhere, and more benches than anywhere else. Staff is courteous and professional. Locker rooms rock!

Devin's massages are fantastic and the price is amazing. He really helped me overcome some shoulder and arm problems that others couldn't fix. Buy a package of 5 one-hour sessions and it's $60 each.
