Probably the best deal in SLC. Free parking in a walkable downtown location, nice rooms (some with views ), a Starbucks inside, all for generally $60-90/night
Ask to stay in a tower room, rooms are updated and the beds are comfy . Plus great views of the city and a private balcony .
Looks like a soviet bloc apartment complex on the outside. Much warmer and comfortable on the inside. Not a luxury experience, but adequate.
Great hotel , very close to everything, and there's a Starbucks downstairs in the hotel . My morning espresso so close! I enjoyed staying here, not a luxury property but very nice!
Club lounge has a complimentary selection of liquor , beer and wine . Awesome for a domestic Cat2 Sheraton! Great attendant too!
Be nice to the front desk and they may upgrade you to the VIP or presidential suite. Also the internet is slow at night but picks back up in the morning.
We were on the top SPG members floor. The room we got was huge. Was here only for a night. Had a good stay.
Starbucks in the hotel is great. Overall great service. I'm coming back
Ask for the hospitality room if you're an SPG member .
Nice and beautiful hotel . Though no movie channels available. Starbucks inside of the hotel . Comfy bed . Slow internet connection .
In the winter, be sure to sit outside by the fire pit . Total relaxation compliments of an artificial fire pit . Thanks Sheraton!
Rooms are quite spacious , but the layout is SO confusing. Great bar though
Unless you get a room in the main building, they are very inconveniently placed. We are in our 3rd room in 15 hours. One had a broken AC and another had a 5 ft shower head when my husband is 6'4".
Clean rooms very friendly staff
Customer service is lackluster. Especially the restaurant staff . Very forgetful and not accommodating. All the clocks in the room are off by an hour and few of the lights work. Also not many outlets .
Nice hotel and great staff
Do you like long winding corridors with no signs pointing you to elevators or the lobby? Well , have I got a hotel for YOU!
If you're there for a conference or reception, they charge a small fortune for drinks.
Super comfortable beds
There's a Starbuck's Coffee inside the hotel . No need to trudge through the snow to get your coffee fix!
Outdated hotel in a location near the main downtown area. Shower was weak, WiFi slow and choppy and the lounge a bit sad.
Place is pretty small for conferences and has seen better days.
Starbucks inside the hotel !
Make sure to lock car , bags stolen from car .
Hotwire buyers beware! The Sheraton will penalize you for your cheapness !
No fridges in the rooms. You have to ask. Very different than #tpa
Internet access is by device, so expect 20 bucks for a laptop plus ipad wifi . Complete rip-off.
No microwave. No fridge . The hallways smell. The floors creak. The room service staff can't follow simple instructions. But the restaurant makes a mean steak . I would not stay here again.
Very comfy beds , but no movie channel . No new releases :-(
Enjoy the fabulous jacuzzi in the hotel !
Terrible terrible Internet connection ! But there is a Starbucks :) that closes at 5pm or so :/
Bad signage inside hotel . Good luck finding your room.
Terrible parking . No SPG Platinum recognition or suite upgrade. Small room. Only SPG hotel in SLC. Back to Marriott City Center for me. They're a class act compared to this place
No SPG Plat recognition .
Towels by the indoor hot tub. - Benjamin Szweda
Sunday brunch is amazing. The spa is a definite must, wonderful services and amenities - Leslie Dean
Great staff and service, valet & self parking. Walking distance to most everything downtown, great restaurants, bars, shopping, malls, history, etc. hotel rooms are nice, good food. Pool & hot tub. - Brad Hager
Awesome view of the outside/indoor pool, friendly staff. I really enjoyed getting up early and going downstairs for some breakfast, waitresses were fast and friendly. 5 star!!! - Amanda Donnelson
My wife and I enjoyed lunch on the patio. The beer is one of the better brew houses around. Speaking from my BJCP judging experience. The food and service is very good. I will be back. - Bob Hinzer
Pretty depressing yet packed hotel bar. Find a brewery. - eric bornemann
Try the Trout with crab meat. So delicious! Their beer is great also. Great place to grab dinner! - Lane West
