Decor may seem outdated to some, but every room is a suite and the staff is second to none. Complimentary shoe shines overnight are a nice touch for business travelers! Top notch service all around!

Having traveled extensively, I can say that this is simply the most lovely hotel in which I have ever stayed. Words fail me to describe the features and qualities that make this hotel simply Grand!

One of the best hotels I've been in a long time. Very classy , elegant, top shelf service, and really beautiful. You'll feel like a true Gatsby here. Will be coming back.

Owned by Sinclair Oil. The lobby is gorgeous, an attack on the senses. They have a live perfon playing the harp. This is thegood life. The rooms decor is too gaudy. Amazing mountain views though.

Absolutely wonderful rooms. Very large. Lots of bars and work spaces. Conference center was wonderful. Courtyard looked like a botanical garden . Convenient to restaurants , museums , and shopping.

LOVE this place, VERY nice & classy . Great food, wine , & cocktails . Nice bar . Service is outstanding and the massages at the spa are awesome!!

When ordering Uber Eats or Grub Hub be sure to ask for plates and cutlery. If you forget the hotel has them for about $5 a setting ($2.50 + service fee + gratuity). Delivery could take 25 minutes.

Super cheesy but the rooms were amazing and the service was fantastic.

Stand out on the balcony at night, take in the view and sing a few lines "Don't Cry for me Salt Lake City." In your underwear.

One of the best hotel bathrooms - 2 sinks, all marble , great lighting. You'd be foolish not to take an hour for a relaxing bath.

Check out the giant "Ken Garff" neon red sign that's just down the block -- it's an excellent guidepost if you get lost in downtown SLC!

The decor in this place is absolutely hideous. I think all the living people over 100 got together and decorated.

Real glamour -- but not the garish Hollywood kind of glamour. Just straight, Americana glamour like back in the day.

The indoor pool/hot tub is $10 a day, which is kind of weak for an otherwise great experience.

What a great hotel - impeccable

Macarons at La Bonne Vie are overly priced and not that good. Come on its not better than Laduree or Pierre Herme and its more expensive than those two. Lobby Lounge is pretty nice though.

Like any luxury hotel , don't open or take anything from the over-priced $$$ mini-bar...

The spinach salad with chicken is awesome in the lounge-- the female bar tenders have a nasty attitude

Grilled Cheese and Fish Tacos while sitting at the pool will make you feel like you are at The Ritz
