My unit always has their Christmas party here we lover their event space and food service. Also the rooms are great. There's a water park next door!

Great place to go for a conference . Rooms were not too cold or hot. People very helpful

Newly renovated guest rooms, meeting space, and lobby area! This is a great place for any group!!

Booked the concierge package but none of the actual benefit were available on the weekend.. We were going down to breakfast and we were delighted to meet our waiter , Hans the Brown German Cockroach.

Bright side: CoCo Key the indoor waterpark is attached to the hotel ! A definite MUST if you have kid(s)!

That my hotel room ceiling falling apart . Rm 411 you can really tell the hotel is old.

If you get it on Hotwire, it's worth it. Had a pretty big room , too.

There must be no overnight staff to keep hotel clean ... trash overflowing out of the receptacles since 8pm last night!

No food after 10 pm... Got in at 10:20 from a flight. Was surprised this is 3 1/2 star hotel but I would say a 2 1/2.

Horrific experience!

Agree that this should be a much nicer hotel for the price. We came because our apartment is a sauna . It was a bed to sleep in. I'll never come back.
