For tourists ; if you start haggling at half price - you have already lost. Start at 1/5th of the price and work up. Be sure to give, don't state your final price to early! Good luck! :)

Nothing beats a few hours at a Balinese market to master the art of bargaining. A colourful sarong is the ultimate souvernir whilst painting and wood carvings also make nice pieces to take home.

Cool market , you can find many different souvenirs here. I bought awesome silver studs for cheap price that appeared real because my ears are fine (I can wear only silver/gold earrings) Rembr bargain

Want bargains? Come early in the morning and haggle away. It's a custom of theirs to never refuse the first sale of the day. But don't go overboard, they need to make a living anyway.

At the major intersection a big building filled with handicraft stalls. Some might call this art stalls. Haggle like you've never haggled before. Next door is produce market . Is nicer.
