APA has their locations next to train stations and this is next to Toei line . It's 2 stops or a 25-minute walk to Shinjuku Station. Wifi is nonexistent in the evening when everyone tries to connect.
Onsen (japanese hotbath) and an outdoor pool are nice perks
The caustic ratio is good. but you first should check the site, excluding weekends
