Fantastic, recently recovered park space. There's a subway stop in the park that will eventually reopen, and the park features a memorial to fallen police , firefighters, detectives, etc.
Not only one of the city ’s oldest squares, but a great family destination as well , Franklin Square will entertain your little ones with a game of mini-golf or a ride on Center City ’s only carousel .
Square Burger at Franklin Square is a great place to go for lunch on a nice day. They make the best burgers & dogs and you can eat at the tables and chairs surrounding the fountain and enjoy the sun
Awesome little park with a carousel . I went while there was some kind of summer event going on so there was an area to drink and play games. It was laid back and fun.
Great time bringing my kid here. We had just dropped mom off and was looking for a place to relax . Lots of other kids to play with.

Tucked behind the National Constitution Center is a little park with big heart. With a playground , carousel , mini golf , fountain & kinetic-motion rides it's perfect for the kiddies or the kid in you.

Near 6th&Race is this awesome new park untouched from the center city madness. Going at night is great because you don't have to rush through mini golf .
The PHLASH trolley runs Fri, Sat & Sun from 10-6 pm May-October 28, 2012. Just head to stops 2 or 18, buy a $2 ticket & you'll be on your way to seeing more of Philadelphia's attractions and museums . Read more

A GREAT PLACE TO TAKE THE KIDS. IT'S MAGICAL AND SO EASY TO GET TO. THE PLAYGROUND ITSELF KEEPS THE KIDS BUSY FOR HOURS. THE MINI GOLF IS WONDERFUL. IT'S A MUST SEE FOR EVERYONE
one of the only places in philly where you can mini-golf. not a bad 18-hole course either.
You can get here and so many places on SEPTA. Routes 17, 33, 38, 44, 61 & the MFL stops are your best bets. Read more
Picnic area is great spot 2 have a sandwitch , just remember not to feed any birds/squirrels. If u do.. they will call their friends+1000 others! Lol
Had a great time this afternoon with the family and our friends, the Weag's, at Franklin Square Park in Philly... Miniature golf , merry-go-round, playground , and snack stand owned by famed restaurante
Ride the dragon-horse, the eagle, and the...cat (I guess) that just caught a fish . Also, pretend to be Godzilla on the mini-golf course at the scaled down skyline/boathouse row/Chinatown arch.
Their holiday light show is actually pretty cool. Runs every half hour.
