A cute French bistro in the middle of restaurant row in Hell's Kitchen. This place is known to be a favorite of many of the stars from Broadway throughout the year—and for good reason. Read more
The Shakshuka Skillet was amazing, come hungry! The service could have been much better, very slow. Priced more on the higher end but it was worth it.
a great french restaurant for any meal, their brunch is my favorite. one of the best bloody mary's in the city , and perfectly cooked omlettes make for a wonderful saturday or sunday morning.
The perfect spot for a romantic dinner . Lived in the neighborhood for a year or two and brushed this place off as a tourist trap - was wrong! Gem for locals too. Food is good, atmosphere great.
Neighborhood bistro , mix of tourists & locals. Spacious dining room, beautiful bar , oversized Ricard bottles evocative of the South of France. Ok interpretation of French classics. Good beef tartare .
Octopus appetizer was crispy , smokey and delicious. Bread was amazing; lamb and seafood tagines were sublime. Excellent atmosphere. Good service . Clean bathrooms with fresh flowers.
Great place that does rezzies. Love the brioche french toast and the avocado toast and iced coffee !
Had a late Sunday start to the day and they were the only restaurant we could find that had a between lunch and dinner menu ! How smart is that! It was so good.
We had a lovely dinner during Restaurant Week in NYC. Salmon roulades, scallops , lamb , and creme brulée , and honey ice cream with apricot and black cherry sorbets .
Great brunch menu , we can recommend the steak frites and merquez sausages with scrambled eggs . Relaxed ambiance , and nice cocktails
Very relaxed atmosphere at this French restaurant . Decor reminds me of The Odeon down in Tribeca (different cuisine). Have a cocktail at the bar . A nicer alternative to some of the places around here.
This place is amazing! The entire staff is great as well as the food. Best part-it's reasonably priced! Get the spiced pear martini ! It is to die for!
Great brunch spot in HK. Loved the short rib polenta , would definitely order again. Service was a little curt.
Great cocktail options, try the Georgia Julep!
Really good brunch with a variety of mimosas to choose from. The scramble was delicious.

Try the panissa, it's so hard to find outside Italy and France! The sole and the bouillabaisse are also delicious. The sorbets , though, are barely decent. Good and attentive service .
If you have to be in Times Square this is a great option.
Today's (Tue) plat du jour was lobster . Excellent!!!! Best we've had. Poached and served with lobster butter. Do it!!!
Great for brunch and dinner - had the absolutely yummy salmon for dinner .
A litlle old fashion, but a nice wine and food
Try the marseille soleil. It's the best cocktail I've tasted, made from stoli oranj.
Brunch is my favorite - their Bloody Mary is one of the best in the city
Try the beet salad . The salmon rocks too. I did find our server to be a bit pushy though.
Great veggie soup - so unexpected and the grilled octopus also very good
awesome waiters ! Great food! A bit pricey but worth every penny.
Excellent chick pea fries . Good service . Classic experience.
Great brunch spot . Really enjoyed the ratatouille and poached eggs dish.
The Octopus appetizer was so good I order another one. Great place.
Very good wine list , especially wines from "nouveau Monde"
The lamb couscous is excellent, but the vegetable couscous is heavenly.
Food and atmosphere were great!!!! Very affordable !! Definitely a winner
If you're a fan of calamari , get the calamari salad . Its phenomenal. Also, the Marseilles Martini is great.
Top service and the cherry manhattans are amazing.
The wait staff was very attentive and nice. But the very limited menu for Vegetarian / Vegans lacks flavor. The only highlight was the dessert menu .
My goodness, the Tuscan chicken was phenomenal. Almost ordered it again for dessert .
Good French food & great cozy , welcoming almost romantic atmosphere .
Expensive! But tasty. The goat cheese salad comes with a grilled serving of warm and toasty cheese . Does it get any better than that when it comes to salad ?
The Bitches Say: B+. Good French cuisine at affordable prices—but nothing that knocked our socks off. Read more
Very good food. Pity the service was not up to the food category.
The dark chocolate torte was so rich and decadent. Almost requires a cigarette afterwards.
Love their brunch ! Moroccan omelet is the best!
Loved the mushroom pain perdu ! My friend got the steak and eggs and thought they were pretty meh. Service was mediocre at best.
The Bitches Say: B+. Marseille offers good French cuisine at affordable prices—but nothing that knocked our socks off.
Nice old fashion place, food is good and prices are affordable , but service could be sometimes slow!
Escargot and brunch
Great food, nice wine . Not cheap but good
The Tuscan Chicken was delicious! I am coming back for sure
Siroc Mule yummy cocktail
I second that about the tuna tartare ...to die for.
One of the best wine lists anywhere, food consistently great. Love this place! - Andy Chapman
Everything is good at Lafayette. From the cocktails to the oysters to the baked goods to the lavishly presented slices of birthday cake, they always do a great job. Pictured is the Niçoise salad. - Lizzy Saxe
Everything is good here! I would recommend going in the evening because the scenery is beautiful. Even in the winter time here you can't go wrong. - Pamela Benford
A new, genuine, beautiful musical. It wouldn't matter if Idina Menzel, Anthony Rapp and LaChanze were in it, the show would be really good. But with them it's fantastic. - Jim Nothnagel
Sat in the last row mezzanine (seat 102) for Dear Evan Hansen but my view was perfect! Great stage door experience afterwards as well (staff were great). - Anna Browne
