Great location, quiet street, Tesco and other shops very close, two underground stations within a short walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff .

Amazing place!!! Definitely highly recommended. Stayed in a Club Room , microwave provided, selection of complimentary drinks & fresh fruit along with a/c, silverware, plates & great staff !!

The room are small but very clean and nicely updated. You can hear the subway slightly from the room but that ends at midnight. The location is amazing and we feel safe which is key.

Pretty good location 2 mins from bayswater station. Ask for a club room . Staff courteous and helpful. The manager is available most of the times. breakfast is good. Typical London business hotel

Awful lot of whingers leaving tips. Friendly staff , clean rooms ... What more do you want? It's less than 2 minutes walk from Bayswater in a really pretty, quiet area of West London. And it's cheap !!!

The hotel is close to Oxford Street where you'll find different shops. The Marble Arch is also just 10 minutes away by foot.

Rooms are small compared to the US but it's expected. Ask to be upgraded to a bigger room or ask for a street view

Never book the basement (rooms 800+) bloody hot. All rooms are smaller than 8 square meters, and that includes the bathroom !

Rooms are very small and very noisy ! Breakfast is way too expensive for what you get and it is even more expensive if you do not book it in advance.

They ONLY have feathered duvet and pillows ...be warned if you're allergic

The hotel is small and nice but the rooms are EXTREMELY small. Even more than in Japan. If you cannot stay in small closed cabins , think twice.
