If you stay close to the elev bring earplugs! I always stay close to elev @ every hotel & never hear it. This one sounds like i'm rooming on it. SUPER LOUD !

An older embassy suites but it still has a great breakfast included in the price. Paying daily for parking seems a bit excessive when you can park at the mall for free.

The spacious rooms and separate living room was a huge perk of staying here. We loved the free breakfast and definitely felt that we got a great value .

Nice place and employees are wonderful.

Bathtub faucet drips constantly and tub won't plug, making it impossible to take a bath. I agree with others, needs some renovation/remodeling.

Gotta hit the pool early bc the sun sets behind the big buildings and it's completely shaded out by late afternoon.

Was a reg here 6 years ago / changed hotels because got to be$$$ good rate this time It’s ridiculous now charge you $11 to park very difficult to get luggage to ur car .. won’t be staying here again

Ice only on even floors. Room service does not send a glass of ice if you order a soda . Only can of soda .

Needs renovation . ..tired and banged up OLD rooms divided into two tiny rooms...this makes it a suite?

The wiFi here is awful! It keeps dropping. Better off connecting to the WiFi at the Apt complex behind the hotel

Wifi is slow & unreliable. If you are a business traveler bring your own hotspot or stay somewhere else.

Don't get a room at the end of a floor. They are smaller and have strange angles.

Why do the more expensive hotels charge for WiFi...HATE it !

I know my Embassy Suites and this is no Embassy Suite. This place is tired and needs some rest.

Their hotel site glorifies a tired building that really needs a makeover. Our room smells of mold.
