The luggage man was very rude he doesn’t want to help us and said that we have so much luggages and we just have 5 !! and the house keepers rude too.I didn’t enjoy staying here ,they were not friendly

Ideal location for exploring Frankfurt, but trust me- don't eat in the restaurant . It's average at best and the service is painfully slow. There are better places to dine just a few minutes walk away.
