Quite a large selection of small shops with things to eat, worth a trip to visit especially if you already have a train ticket.
Much better selection of ekiben foods here than after you enter the Shinkansen gate.

おしゃれ な花屋 やケーキ 店などが目に付きますが、ビール の飲めるパン屋 「ブレッドワークス」やインドカレー 店、生 ハム 食べ放題 のできるイタリアンなども
品川駅から入る場合、入場券では2時間しか過ごせず、超過すると追加料金を取られます。何処かへ行く途中 で寄るのがベストです(；´Д`A
2021.11にecute品川サウスが無くなり、ecute品川一本に統一されています。
実はパン屋さん 激戦区。2階のお店も美味しくて穴場。
鎌倉の名店『井上蒲鉾店』の東京で唯一のお店。はんぺんとかさつま揚げ の詰め合わせ とか美味。もちろん蒲鉾も。
朝9時30分になると爽やかな曲が館内にかかる♪
改札内 にあるので入場券を購入 しないと入れませんが、そのまま電車を利用 する場合は購入 の必要は無いです。
一度改札 を出ると入場券(130円)購入 しないと入れません(^_^;)
2FにUSB充電コーナーあり
最初は衝撃的でしたが、大宮駅のほうが大きいかな？

改札 を出ないで買い物したり食事したりできて便利
