松本周辺の地粉のみを使ったお蕎麦屋さん ♪ 営業時間 11:30～売切終了(14時頃) 火･水定休(祭日は営業) ◇地粉に小麦粉を１割加えて手打ち にした細めんのそば 、甘味をおさえたやや辛味 のつゆ 、薬味はわさび 、辛味 大根 、ねぎ の3種
このお蕎麦 はかなり秀逸だった。大盛り 1300円にすべし！ペロリといけちゃいます。
小澤征爾さんがここへ立ち寄ると聞いて訪れました。ざる一枚で満足感。ついでに周辺が蔵作りの街なので散策できます。
中町通りの「時しらず」でも野麦と同じそば粉 で作ったおそば が食べられるそうです。昼に並べなかったときはねらい目かも しれません。(写真 参照)
ざるそば しかないという潔さがあるお店。つゆ が絶妙。
11:30～売り切れ次第閉店。火水定休。行列 覚悟！
