The pharmacy is slow and there is always a long line at the general cashiers , no matter what time of day. There is better service at the Queen and Beverley branch.

BEWARE: They don't refill items on sale once they're gone from the counter...they'd rather wait out till the sale period ends...

Slowest pharmacy downtown and the line up at cash is always wrapping around the store

They sell TTC tokens in packs of 10. And you can pay with credit card for them

It shouldn't take an hour to count pills and cap a canister, especially when there are four people behind the counter.

The front entrance should have a railing for those steps.

The pharmacy is useless . Drop off a prescription. Wait the required time and they ignore you for 10 minutes as you stand at the pick up counter and act like they don't know who you are. Useless .

Lineups are hellish, staff is slow at checking out

Still has terrible lineups . 2 cashiers and 22 people in line !

If you're in a hurry, skip this Shoppers. The cashiers flee as soon as a line forms.

Useless pharmacy . Be prepared to be frustrated. Go to Queensquay if you can
