Fancy department store . We go to the gifts dept. when we shop here. We buy Lladro, Swarovski Crystal items and holiday decor. Talk to Paula in this department. She's great, super nice and helpful.
I love shopping here because of the customer service and piano playing.
Von Maur will alter purchased clothing for free. Truely like an older department store they know their product and will help you find whatever you need.

Check the sales racks. They constantly mark down items. Also if they do not have it your size they will ship it to you.
