The customer service is great. Especially those working in men’s fragrances. Lucas is knowledgeable about all the scents and is very helpful. He makes shopping for fragrances a great experience.

Liz at the Bobbie Brown counter is the best!! I was treated to a facial and she did my makeup today - love the products!!

Great sale on Calvin Klein, Kenneth Cole, and other work dresses on second floor. Already reduced clearance is 50 percent off. I bought a Calvin Klein dress that was $99 for $15 yesterday.

Beware of sales. Dillard's will not take back a dress from my wife because it was on sale due to a new policy that doesn't allow returns after 3 days. Don't tell you this at time of purchase.

Avoid Bob in the Men's shirt/tie department. Very rude, condescending, and pompous. Three encounters, all terrible, won't be back.
