The Westin Copley Place, Boston

Large hotel with great views across the city . Decent bar/restaurant, wine VERY expensive . Connecting with shopping centre so good if you want to go shopping without getting freezing cold.

Flavored water with different fresh fruit each day is available in the lobby by the check-in desk and is delicious. It goes quickly though, so if you want some stop by from about 3-5 or so.

Here for a conference . Clean , quiet , and comfortable room makes for a great beginning and end to a long day. The smiles from staff and guests keeps the time away from home that much more tolerable.

The elevators here need some serious reconfiguration. Trying to get down to lobby from higher floors may take you 15 minutes with all the stops on the way down. Needs some express elevators .

Day of - you'll save some $$ if you book online via Kayak rather than arriving at the check in counter without a reservation . Use the free wifi in the lobby to do so. But hey - you get Starwood pts.

Great hotel but the comforters on the bed give out so much static that when you touch things, you constantly get shocked. P.S. You never have to go outside to travel through different parts of Boston!

The room was clean and beautifully decorated. However the breakfast buffet could use more variety. The club was nice as well .

Close to the Boston Public Library , and being a pet friendly hotel , having Copley Square next door is wonderful.

One of the best views I've ever had in a city hotel .

Need a cab? Look for one here - right in downtown, you'll have a better chance of getting a ride home by stopping at this spot than leaving from the bar on the street.

I stay in junior suit .. the room was big with beautiful view and the bed was comfortable , but the toilet was too small

A great place to stay if the weather in Boston is terrible as it connects to 2 shopping malls and a few restaurants .

Ask for a corner room on an upper floor. The views are amaZing!

Elevators are slow in the AM. Leave 5 minutes early.

7 elevators yet only one ever runs at the same time even during a Convention ? Get it together, Westin. No one wants to wait 15 minutes for an elevator .

Don't touch mini bar . Or jean noel will charge for stuff don't use overall the westin staff is great from door to room service

If you need to rent a car after taking the Accela into Back Bay , the Westin has an Enterprise desk on the lobby level.

From Amtrak at Back Bay station : exit on Dartmouth, enter mall left of Neiman Marcus, up escalator, take a right, across sky bridge and follow the signs. Only outside for 30 seconds, very short walk.

avoid the 5 dollar per baggage fee by upgrading to a suite

Nice views from 35th floor but not much comp amenities even for platinum members.

Watch out they simply overbook and your room is gone!!!
