Good hotel - fast wifi and a nice view . Located next to a good shopping street in Boston!

Scentic view . Too bad the service was not the best. Food ???? was not great. The location was wonderful lots of restaurant in the area. If you like shopping the Prudential mall is on the 2nd floor.

Great greater greatest hotel ! Love the huge gym and dito pool. Great beds and friendly staff

Skip the $25 breakfast or the $40 continental on the club and go down the block to Thorntons for breakfast . Normal cafe prices and good food.

This is a brilliant hotel . The staff is courteous, the rooms are luxurious and, if you are in a high floor room, the view is amazing.

Valet parking is $47/day whereas do-it-yourself is $40/day, and you can't come and go as you please! Just pay for valet for peace of mind.

Great room (worth the upgrading to deluxe) but careful the internet is not free in the room (only in the reception) and the parking costs USD 42 per day(!).

Close to all the shopping areas though commute via cab to financial district can be long. Recommend if you are able to walk everywhere

Good central hotel with a shopping mall at one exit!! Lots to do. Had a employee strike ( only drawback)

An amazing hotel in the heart of boston. Beautiful views , amazinf food, and amazing staff .

Park at Prudential Center , $14 overnight if you buy anything at the shops or even coffee stores

Have you checked out the Microsoft Surface table in the lobby by the concierge ? Pull up an interactive map of Boston, find local restaurants or destinations, play chess , checkers, or just plain play.

Second time here, SO disappointed in rooms in North Tower . Sad excuse for a Sheraton! South Towers are clearly updated and taken care of much better than North.

Valet parking may just be worth it if you self park you could be walking a long ways with your bags, we sure did.

Tips need to be updated. Wifi is free and works fine!!!

One of the best hotel gyms I've ever used! Lots of cardio machines, full sets if weights and weight machines--better than some regular gyms !

Decent room, good proximity to Fenway, the T, and boylston street bars . Friendly housekeeping staff , very unfriendly concierge . Comfy bed , clean room , no microwave or minifridge. Not enough elevators .

South Tower is beautiful, rooms are large and very clean !!

I stay here every time I'm in Boston. Unbeatable location.

There seems to be a lot of theft rumors from guests housekeeping has been in my room when do not disturb tag is on the door. The sit around or wait in the halls and see who leaves..

Lovely, but old hotel right next to Berklee College of Music & Prudential Center . Starbucks in lobby.

Open air pool when weather is nice.

Get the picture Sheraton; you have an amazing hotel , that's why we paid for it. Your Internet is slow and we shouldn't have to pay for it.

Suites are nice. Friendly staff . Good beers in the restaurant .

The indoor/outdoor pool is unique in downtown Boston

Scandalous for a hotel in the 2nd decade of the 21st century to charge $10 for low-medium speed Internet in-room. Unconscionable when lower priced boutique hotels have free hi-speed in-room.

The lobby is great for pple watching and it's got free wifi too

If you expect any sort of sanity in parking , you won't find it here. Spring the extra money and use the valet.

Club lounge has a great view and Jura espresso machine. Breakfast is passable. just

Be prepared to be shocked by every door handle and elevator button.

Expensive but totally worth it. Except for the elevators .

Great 2-day stay. They will hold your baggage after check out if you aren't leaving right away.

Traveling to Foxwoods with members. We are TIRED and HUNGRY no snacks on bus . Take me back to the hotel .

Very nice hotel . Conveniently connected to Hynes Con Center and Shops at Prudential Tower

They have better oatmeal than Indianapolis and Dallas Sheraton's. Nice gym .

Warning connecting more than one Internet device to WiFi means a $10 charge. It can't be found anywhere that they do this but we noticed it on the folio on our tv . Their website doesn't mention this.

Order the milk & cookies from room service . Best $10 I spent this trip.

Dirty and old in general. Attached the hair on the sheets. AC is not working properly, the room was humid and no fresh air . Also No free wifi at the rooms for guests !
