The service is the worst. Got my laptop stolen on their adjacent property of JW. They could not handle things, and did not offer compensation. The food at the Argentinian and sushi very subpar
El hotel está súper lo raro es que está clase de hoteles debería de otorgar el servicio de shuttle del hotel al aeropuerto como muchas otras grandes cadenas de hoteles en fin necesitarás 16usd x pax
