Comfortable space to chill out and read or work. The cold brew is especially good. Their wrap + salad combo is surprisingly tasty and one of the better priced lunches you can find in the city .
This location is great relaxing and reading and secret little hint for those at the beach in search of a clean bathroom...JJ bean is your answer.
Go for the savory cheese scone ..or something like that... pairs well with the good filtered coffee .. ask to warm it up a bit!
