I was here in the summer and while it was hot, it was very beautiful.

尾張徳川家の御隠居所と江戸の尾張藩下屋敷戸山荘のエッセンスを融合し再現・復元した新造の大名庭園 。江戸時代からある庭園 ではないが、雨雪が渓流と滝 を経て池 泉に流れ込む様が雄大に表現 されており流水のスケール感では国内でも有数の大名庭園 だと思います。大名庭園 好きにはたまらない。
季節ごとに違う表情があるのだろうな、と想像出来る贅沢な日本庭園 。美術館 とセットのチケット 購入が良いかも 。午後は混むので午前中に。

徳川美術館 のチケット があれば呈示することで，半額で入園することができる。
韓国ドラマ「ドリームハイ」で、ヘミとサムドンがヤクザの結婚式に出てしまうシーンが撮影された場所です。
何度も訪れてますが、毎回新鮮な気持ちになります。名古屋のオススメスポットです。
紅葉 はまだでしたが、とても綺麗な庭でした。紅葉 は21日からだそうです
美術館 では今だけ利休の最期の柄杓を展示 しているみたいです。

If you’re in the area it’s worth a visit but the museum is small and at ¥1200 a bit expensive. The adjoining garden is lovely to stroll around - just ¥150 extra if you get a combination ticket - K B
