Crème brûlée was a bit curdled, not smooth and creamy as it should be, this was more like tapioca . I don't mean to complain, but hopefully chef will read. Add some sweetness too.
Cheesesteak egg rolls were very good. Also the shrimp and lobster bisque .
I did enjoy the lobster bisque ! Perfectly cooked cluster of lobster in a wonderfully flavored bisque. I will assume it was prepared fresh today.

Ask your server to have the bread slices before it gets to the table. Fewer crumbs & the bread doesn't get smushed.
Crème brûlée is Huge and perfect! Chocolate mousse is the best I've ever tasted!

I've had better food at a fast paced chain. Sorry to say, I won't come back, even if offered a free meal. Use seasonings! Pallet savory foods are what Sullivan's should be.
