It's home for me..This is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed.The elegance and quality of the hotel is 2nd to none. Without question, I recommend any Spore travelers to stay here and the staff is great!

Impressed. Hotel provides complimentary items, even deodorant & hair spray! The next list has items u will hv to pay for, incl curling iron & free weights

I loved the location where is so convenient for shopping and taking metro. They upgraded us to the suite though we checked in really early, which is a big plus!

Great location, major shopping area. Well designed rooms with spacious bathroom but pillows too soft. Maintenance service cld be more efficient. Awesome breakfast buffet , open grill toast w kaya ????????

Five star hotel with excellent restaurants . The old tower however is getting a bit 'tired' over the years and there is a smell of dampness in the air. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

The new pool and gym are beautiful. Large room. Central location. Will definitely come back if I’m in Singapore.

Hyatt has been here the longest time. Many renovations have taken place. Grand and cool. Pete's place restaurant still here and the ubiquitous pub at the basement called Brix still exits.

Busy but Great location right on major shopping area. Spacious well designed room with huge bathroom but Pillows too soft. Maintenance service cld be more efficient. Awesome breakfast buffet .

Excellent hotel - spacious rooms , great service, great location. They are very baby friendly too! They lend us a baby high chair & bottle steriliser during our duration of stay here.

Love the vibe and the staffs in this hotel . Walking distance to all the shopping area. Comfortable rooms and well maintained.

An old dame in the Orchard road hotel scene, better than average F&B offerings are the attraction here. 10 Scotts is the best to chill the afternoon away.

Very nice location. The Straits Kitchen is a nice and popular place for buffet lunch . I love the rooms in the new wing, and the Damai spa . My favorite therapist is Sara.

Great hotel , w spacious and clean rooms ...convenient location

Straits kitchen lunch buffet is quite okay. The satay is very nice as well as the naan . They have noodle station, Indian, Malay & S'porean. Tho it is Asian, they do not offer Japanese dishes .

The poolside area is great. A true oasis in the middle of busy shopping district. Hotel in general a bit worn out and old and smells bad (cleaning chemicls, smoke).

The popia (only half left in the photo) should be taken together with their coffee tarik in the afternoon after shopping!

A good hotel that has been in Singapore for some years. The rooms are not very impressive last time we checked. Straits Kitchen buffet is great for local food items.

Strait kitchen buffet is really great for breakfast . The hotel very near to Orchard Shopping Arcade. Unfortunately not yet try the swimming pool .

To get to the Night Safari, take a cab or take the shuttle just in front of the hotel at 6:10, 7:10 or 8:10. Travel time should be around 30 minutes. Last show is at 11.

The breakfast in straits kitchen is outstanding and their lunch is very good. For dinner I would prefer mezza9.

Try having your breakfast in the cafe by the pool. The selection is not as wide, but it is very relaxing out there.

Well located, luxurious and cozy place

I requested non smoking room. They did put me in a non smoking floor (7th) which is just right above the smoking floor and i could still smell it!!! Bad arrangement ever
