Wonderful hotel centrally located. Rooms have nice elegant decor with Plush bedding. Plenty of restaurants with quality food.

Room 3535- our home for one week in SG. Most comfortable bed and pillows ! The staff are always smiling. We had difficulty checking in, though. No available room despite advanced reservation .

I love this hotel very much, the staff are attentive & good looking. The price also not that expensive if compared to another 5star hotel in singapore which located in strategic place like this hotel .

Nicely renovated, decor is modern, bathrooms great, beds amazing. As a gold member treated as royalty and enjoyed exec lounge with meals and late checkout. Minor hiccups with service, but ???????? overall

Such a beautiful hotel located strategically in the heart of Orchard Road , where everything happening during Christmas & New Year celebrations. Rooms are very expensive but it's all worth it ????????????????

They have heaps of nice shops here and it's smack in the middle of the stretch of Orchard Road . Fantastic service too of course!

For $60, get access to the club: breakfast buffet , a place to work , 1 hour of complimentary time in the meeting room, drinks and snacks at night. Totally worth it for business prep.

Front desk is always busy, but I love this hotel . Breakfast is super delicious, and the location, in the middle of sg's main attraction (orchard) made it more awesome.

wonderful location, but then that only is the selling point here. pool and bfast is pretty nice, but everyone stays for the proximity to shopping centres not for the staycation experience.

Fully people,n kinda weird lobby.it took u up first to 5th floor than u can reach on the cons. Not so nice like u used too dear mandarin,yet u still the best miles for shop

Service is quite helpful here. Nice, clean and central location. Pop out of the hotel and you're on Orchard. May lead to excessive shopping tho. The gallery shops below are a little pricey but nice.

Do try their signature Hainanese Chicken Rice at Chatterbox .

Older hotel on Orchard Road near Takeshimaya. From MRT get off at Somerset instead of Orchard for a shorter walk to hotel .

Go to Chatterbox . Chicken Rice is famous! Also try the Beef Satay , Lobster , etc.

Try the Mezzeh Turkish Kebab , if you haven't yet, just a few minutes walk from the hotel , in front of Takashimaya

Tried their heavily priced sunday brunch . Different quality than normal bfast more extensive. Have the famous chicken rice and leg of ham . But yeah you pay 3 times normal breakfast price.

Vast lobby. Uncozy, stiff atmoaphere. Most reception staff have stiff attitudes serving you behind their plastic smile. Hotel is convenient for shoppers as its near shopping centers

Awesome Hotel , nice pool, chicken rice was OK, the fitness studios closes quite early with 10PM but nothing else here to complain

Best Hainanese Chicken . Great location for shopping and mrt. Tiny pool and not nice gym and check in takes a long time though.

Make sure that you get one of the renovated rooms .
