The club level is a great deal - decent free continental breakfast and afternoon snacks including veggies , fruit , pizza and cookies , plus 24 hour beverages. High floor is nice and quiet .
Valet use can be confusing. Drive car to entrance of garage and stop there. Signs will tell you to stop. Valet attendant booth is to your left, they will be with you in a few minutes at the longest.
Cars are not easily accessible although you do have in & out privileges. Some cars are parked off site. Give them time to get your car. Take everything you need with you, bell services available.
Really nice and clean after they renovated. Lobby is neat and modern.
Great rooms. Love the clean crisp smell. They’ve done a great job through covid. Welcoming staff . Good food.
Go executive, it is worth it! Very nice for a Crowne Plaza , there's no Intercontinental in town but this is a worthy substitute.
Stayed in room with view on 29th floor. Loved it!
Great location with easy access to all the hot spots in Seattle. Make sure to check out the view from the 32nd floor lounge if you have access.
Enjoyed my October 2018 stay here—great views from the 23rd floor!
The 34th Floor Cascade Suite has great views . Loved the Suite and all the amenities .
Kinda modern installations. Too big. Lots of floors. You could be waiting up to 10 minutes for the elevator . At nights the noise from the highway might disturb you. Very near to the convention center .
Cons: the faint unpleasant smell in the lobby, the breakfast is a complete fail. Pros: they look after the room really well , pretty great view (at least from the 34th floor ), comfortable beds/baths
The lobby is a nice place to people watch , which is good, cuz the wait for the elevators can last... a...while.
A comfortable affordable hotel in Downtown
My favorite part of staying at a crowne plaza ! It really works.
Room is large. Very cozy . Room service prices are steep but it is a well kept hotel .
Hotel pub food is excellent! Salmon burger or salmon Niçoise salad . Nomnom
I see a bunch of negative tips about the elevators . I havent had a problem. They must have fixed the problem.
Amazing service, great location and price
Good, kind and courteous.
The view is amazing, the beds are extra comfortable but it is too cold in the room and the AC is extra loud
So sweet when you're here for a special occasion . Great place to stay!
Has a continental breakfast ... as long as you are paying for a preferred membership. No free shuttle to the airport . Charges for a cot if you need one. Nickel and dime all day.
Give yourself an extra 20 minutes if you're going anywhere, th elevators take foreeeeeever!!
Take the service elevator on the far left. Far faster then the normal bank of passenger elevators . The button is on the top right hand of the trim.
To get free wifi in the rooms, first log into the RegattaBar wifi from the lobby, then it doesn't ask for an access code.
Get a selfie stick from the front desk, if you're into that sort of thing.
Great hotel . Good location.
Decent rooms at a fair price . The top stories have great views of Downtown and I-5.
Great service and views
Wifi will not stay logged in. You have to log in every time you get on it.
Try the Crab Mac and Cheese and the regatta clam chowder
Prepare yourself for the loud suction sound when flushing the toilet , it's like being on a plane .
HVAC could use some help. But otherwise, great views ! Wifi signal could be weak depending on the room you're in.
No free Internet. Anywhere. But use of computer, Internet and printer is free.
Great views
Head up to 32nd floor for great breakfast and coffee before 11am.
Great Hotel ! Great service !!
Free Popcorn in the bar .
Nice hotel with excellent services.
The gym is average, but at least has a chin-up bar .
The lounge is great for a late night , low key cold one. Heading there again tonight.
Happy hour
Very nice! Got a nice view .
The best fitness center of any hotel in Seattle!
Ask for a high floor to avoid the noise from the freeway.
Won't likely stay here again. Friendly staff but is need of a SERIOUS renovation!
Was an alright hotel . The food at the hotels restaurant was okay, and the elevators were very slow.
Nice rooms for the price. I don't see why this hotel only got 3 stars...
Staff is nice don't expect suite upgrade as platinum though
Black and blue salad was great. Husband had parmesan chicken and said it was very good. Service is very slow. - Regina Cain
Great hotel, nice views & great location. Room service very reasonable & good. - Debbie Smithey
Great red and white wines drinking session on the evening - Piong Yen Yee
Great location. Quiet. And the lobby has a good vibe, games, music and a bar. - Dylan Boyd
Really cool that the city has still kept this mostly small local vendors. Definitely worth a visit, I still visit as a local! - Greg Wilcox
