Cascades Restaurant & Lounge

The Lounge serves the exact menu as the Cascades but no reservation required. We had the Elk loin, fantastic!! The stocked bar is impressive and cocktails delicious.

Gorgeous bar in the historic Stanley Hotel . Edamame was delicious but pricey at $9. Same menu served at the restaurant may be available here without a reservation , but ask for details.

I only tried the pork belly and it was the worst I've ever had in my life. They had gluten free bread though so that was a bonus. My friend has the veggie burger and said it was delicious.

Tired of the some old whiskey ?Wanna try something different? This is the place. The pork belly appetizer was nice. And the meatloaf hit the spot.

I tried the Redrum ale and the Colorado Meatloaf , the meatloaf was delicious the whole place is a bit pricey but the meatloaf is worth it!

They apparently don't serve the cheesecake all the time so be sure to grab it when you can because it is delicious

Shishito peppers and brussel sprouts are to die for! High top bar tables are first come, first served.

The French toast is to die for!!! Carmel banana sauce... Yum!!!

Service is excellent. And the bar , although super expensive , has a great whiskey selection .

Pheasant Chowder = the best chowder I've ever had. I've had a lot of chowder , too.

Try the ice water. It's the best thing on the menu...

Menu leaves much to be desired in range, however the food is good. You can not say that about the prices however.
