This place is just stunningly beautiful. If you really want an experience, trek here during sunset , set up camp and wake up for the beautiful sunrise. This place is cold, so be prepared.
Believe the hype. Stunningly gorgeous scenery . Wild animals. Lava formations. Make sure your gas tank is full & take water in with you. Hydration is key. Altitude sickness is real. Enjoy.
Drive through and discover the grandeur of the Rocky Mountains . Come in the winter when blankets of white snow envelop the scenery. Snowboarding venues are also available. Fun for the entire family!
Beautiful views and vistas ! All kinds of vegetation , don't miss the Alpine tundra but don't stay past an hour before sunset ! It gets very chilly very fast!
Well , who goes thinking it is a small park , it is not. You need at least two days to visit all the places in the park . For the ones going, I suggest to take a look in the Bear Lake and the Dream Lake
Nothing is dog-friendly and the park rangers were being jerks to everyone. Super disappointed and not sure if I want to go back. Mountains and trails were still awesome, of course.
Rock a literal breath taking n scary ride..take the old miners route up the mountain to the summit. Warning it's only one lane over cliffs that drop off 12k ft. No rails, n great photo ops!
Loved exploring creation here with my family. You could spend a week alone here just taking it all in. Ready to go back!
There are so many amazing options for hiking , biking , camping . I recommend taking one day to do each and then another to visit Estes Park.
Be sure to drive up Trail Ridge Road and stop at the Alpine Visitors Center to learn about the Park 's flora and fauna. Sunrise and Sunset are great times to catch the view from the top.
Best things to do in the park are hike , look for animals, and drive to the top. Also talk to rangers in the visitor center. They always have great recommendations!
An essential national park . Great hiking opportunities and incredible mountain views . If your Jetta dies halfway up the dirt road climb, don't panic.
The scenic view is good to look at and the small part of the river is near the picnic area in Rocky mountain national park.
The weather beat us. Trail Ridge Road was closed. Still loved what we were able to see. Lots of elk . October
Hiking trails galore. Highlights include the heavily trafficked Gem Lake and the solitude of Allenspark Trail .
Looking to add a little off-road adventure to your visit? Take a drive up Old Fall River Road to the Alpine Visitors Center. You need 4WD/AWD, but it's well worth the fun drive and great views .
Beautiful and gorgeous anytime! Can get really busy on weekends during the summer!
Breathtaking national park ! It would take you years to explore the park by yourself! I'd recommend you to explore it don't just drive through.
Hike the trails duh! Come in Fall for Elk rutting season and you'll see them all over the place
Breathtaking beauty! Well paved roads . Amazing. No words to describe! Must visit!
During autumn the elk in the Park put on a show for their fall rut. Late September is when the bugling activity peaks, plus you'll catch the changing colors of the Aspen trees .
Head into the mountains and go for a hike . Check out the elk . If it's winter bring your snow shoes . Stop in at the visitor center for tips, advice and maps.
Hogwarts house at the beginning of the Col river . It's great. Step foot in the trickle beginnings of the mighty Colorado River
Definitely a park to get out of your car and hike . If you don't, you are missing out on much the park has to offer.

Gorgeous and stunning. The NPS rangers are fabulous and helpful.
Went up to bear lake . Freezing, but beautiful! We loved it!
Use the Fall River entrance if you are coming in from the Estes Park side.
I camped at Longs Peak - nice views - very "bear aware" but did not have any incidents. Sites are decently-spaced apart on exterior sides.
Morning (before 9am) and evening(6-7pm) are good hours for wildlife viewing
Beautiful. Lots of fun trails . We saw elks and deers.
Prolly hands down one of my favorite places in the world. So much beauty in one place!
The bighorn sheep go to sheep lakes around 9am in the morning. If you're lucky, you'll catch a glimpse!
At the top of Trail Ridge Road park at the visitors center and take the short hike up to Marmot Point. The views are worth it!
The national park is amazing but we unfortunately had really unfriendly staff . ????
With heights of more than 10000 feet..the views are literally breath taking..awesome
